Stable delivery for complex steel castings

Gongli manufactures cast components from 5 kg to 13 tons in carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel and other engineering alloys.

Casting Range

Most steel casting parts can be produced to customer drawings within the 5 kg to 13 t weight range.

Material Scope

Key materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel and selected alloy grades.

Traceability

Spectrometric analysis, mechanical testing, metallography, sand testing and NDT support traceable quality control.

Certifications

Certification basis includes ISO, CE, ABS and NORSOK M-650.

Equipment

Melting, heat treatment and testingfor reliable delivery

Gongli supports 5 kg to 13 t steel castings with equipment covering pattern making, sand mixing, melting, heat treatment and inspection.

4 melting furnaces

Maximum furnace capacity reaches 10 tons, supporting steel castings below 13 tons.

3 heat treatment resistance furnaces

Maximum capacity reaches 40 tons, with a 6×5×5 m circulating water tank for annealing, normalizing, tempering and quenching.

Continuous sand mixers

Two continuous sand mixers support resin sand molding, with used sand recycling above 90%.

Automated investment casting line

An overhead-chain precision casting line for stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, high-temperature alloy and non-ferrous alloy parts.

Testing equipment

German SPECTRO spectrometer, tensile tester, impact tester, metallurgical analyzer and sand strength tester support quality control.

Process

A controlled process from drawing to delivery

ProCAST casting simulation is used to optimize feeding and solidification before production. Melt chemistry is verified on site and pouring is controlled by defined temperature and time windows.
