3D printed or wooden patterns are supported, with continuous sand mixers and high reclaimed sand utilization.

Spectrometer, tensile tester, impact tester, metallurgical analyzer and sand strength tester.
Quality
Full-process quality control
- ProCAST simulation is used to optimize feeding and solidification before production.
- Qualified suppliers are reviewed regularly, and each batch of melting material is sampled and inspected.
- Melt chemistry is rechecked before pouring, and pouring temperature and time standards are strictly followed.
- NDT can be performed to American, European and Chinese standards, with inspection data digitally archived.
